We accept all major credit cards. If you prefer not to make your payment online please choose the “Payment to follow” option and call us with your payment details on +44 (0)1890 860770 or send your cheque to the address above. Please make cheques payable to ScotlandShop.net and write your name and address on the back of the cheque.

Payment
Payment can be made in your GB Pounds Sterling, Euros or US Dollars - you can select your currency at the Checkout stage. Cheques are only accepted in GB Pounds Sterling.
Please note that the purchaser will pay all ancillary costs over and above the price including delivery and local and regional customs duties and tariffs.

Delivery
We will email you to confirm despatch of your parcel.
Items from stock are despatched within 48 hours.
To allow us to offer as many tartans as possible many of our items are made to order. We have provided approximate timescales and additional information on our Delivery page - please click here, including information on final order dates for Christmas.

We protect our customers against unsolicited mail and will not make your name available to any other companies without your permission.

Legal Statement
Every care has been taken to describe items as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur due to the individual nature of some goods.

Prices are subject to changes in VAT. This should not affect your statutory rights.

Returns and Exchange Guarantee
If you need to return any item please enclose the despatch note that accompanied your order with your goods unworn/unused within 30 days. When sending your return please obtain a Proof of Postage certificate, in case the parcel fails to reach us. You can choose to have an exchange or a full refund. Please note ScotlandShop.net will not pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or damaged.

Returns and Exchange Guarantee on Made to Order items
We are only able offer a full refund or exchange on made to order items such as Kilts, Skirts, Waistcoats, Trousers and Shoes if the reason for return is the fault of ScotlandShop.net eg fabric flaws or manufacturing errors. We cannot be responsible for incorrect measuring so please measure carefully and contact us if you need any assistance or advice as we woud far rather get it right first time and make sure you are delighted with your purchase. Where a customer has taken measurements incorrectly we will offer to remake the item at 50% of its price.

Warranties & Liabilities
All warranties, representations and undertakings whatsoever, express or implied, specifically including but not limited to warranties of satisfactory quality and warranties of fitness for a particular purpose by ScotlandShop.net are excluded from the contract.
