How do I find what I’m looking for? |

If you are looking for a particular product enter the item or tartan in the Search field found at the top right of every page and click go. If you can not find what you are looking for please email us. |

How do I browse through the products and categories? |
| |
To Browse the website just click on one of the categories down the left hand side of the screen, then select the product options from the drop down menus on each page.
Remember to scroll down the page using the scroll bar on the right hand side of your page to see all the information about the products.
To go backwards just click the Back button on your toolbar (the bar which runs along the top of your screen), or to Browse a new category click on one of the category buttons down the left hand side of the screen.

What if I don't want to pay online? |

ScotlandShop.net uses the latest Secure Server Technology to ensure that all personal and transactional information is protected to the highest standards, however if you prefer not to pay online you can call us with the details or choose the "Payment to follow" option at the Checkout stage and either call us with your payment details on +44 (0)1890 860770 or send your cheque to the address below. Measuring Tips for Women |
| |
Here are some tips to help you order the correct size. If you do not have a measuring tape, use a piece of ribbon or string and line it up against a yardstick or ruler.
Chest
Lift your arms up your sides and measure around your body, crossing over the fullest part of your chest.
Waist
Measure around your waistline at the level where you normally wear your trousers. Keep a finger between your body and the measuring tape for an accurate fit. For low-rise trousers or skirts, measure a little bit lower than your natural waist, or where you would want the waistline to sit.
Hips
Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Can you deliver to a different address to my home address? |

Yes! Step 1 of the Checkout stage will ask for your credit card billing address and Step 2 allows you to fill in a delivery address of your choice, so you can have your parcel sent to your work or directly to the recipient of a gift. |

Can I return the item if I am not happy with it? |

No problem! You have 30 days to return your item, unworn with the labels still attached for either an exchange or a refund. Please enclose either the original packing list or your full name and address.

How do I measure for my Mini Kilt or Skirt? |
| |
To make your Tartan Kilt or Skirt we need a Waist, Hip and Length Measurement in either centimetres or inches. Take the waist measurement where you would like to wear the Skirt. If you want it to sit a little lower on your hips take the waist measurement exactly where you want to wear it. Take your hip measurement round the largest part of your hip/upper thigh. The length measurement should include the waistband and be taken from where you will wear your Skirt. |

Can you gift wrap my item? |
| |
We can wrap all your gifts beautifully and send them directly to the recipient, together with a personal message card from you. Simply tick Gift Wrap against the products that you wish to have wrapped, and enter your personal message. Whenever possible, gifts are wrapped in tissue paper and placed in our special black gift boxes and tied with tartan ribbon. There is a gift wrap charge of £4 per item. |
