Traditonal Kilt
Outfit Argyll Jacket with 8 Yard Kilt - Additional Information |
||||
This page aims to give you additional information not provided on the product page so you know exactly what to expect from your Kilt Outfit and how to measure correctly. First of all a bit about our Kilts. All of our Kilts, 4 yard or traditional 8 yard, are made in Scotland by true craftsmen and women, and our kilts are only made from authentic pure wool fabric woven in Scotland. Quality is top of our agenda. The heavyweight 8 Yard Kilt is just that, a traditionally made kilt using 8 yards of the finest quality 16oz wool fabric. To make your kilt we need a Waist, Seat and Length Measurement.
Please ask someone to help you as it is difficult to measure yourself
accurately. Waist measurement should be taken at your natural waist
(tummy button level) - keep your thumb inside the tape measure to
allow space to tuck a shirt in, or wear a dress shirt while you
take the measurement. The black Argyll Jacket that goes with this outfit is traditionally made in Scotland from a pure wool fabric. The Argyll Jacket is regarded as semi-formal attire, suitable for day wear although frequently worn in the evening also at all day events such as weddings. To supply your Argyll Jacket we need a chest measurement. Short, regular and long sleeve lengths are available. Also included in the Traditional Kilt Outfit with Argyll Jacket
and heavyweight 8 Yard Kilt are: |
